633 Sales Order Completion Performance

Purpose & Benefits
This function gives you detailed Sales Completion Performance figures, This allows you to see an overview of your current orders at a glance.

Important

This report uses (under the hood) ‘Events’ functionality and therefore is only able to ‘track’ Orders created and updated in either of these systems. Orders entered and updated solely in TASBooks will NOT be tracked or included, with any accuracy, on this report.

Process the report options as follows:

  • Sales Order Date
    • You can select from Current Year to 4 Years Past or choose a Custom date range
    • The top row of From and To fields refer to Financial Periods
  • Salesperson
    • Choose to show the report for all salespeople
    • A single salesperson
    • A range of salespeople
  • Customer Code
    • Choose to show the report for all Customers
    • A single Customer
    • A range of Customers
  • Order Status
    • Choose to show All Orders
    • Outstanding Orders only
    • Completed Orders only

[You can use F2 Lookups or standard Database Navigation keys to select relevant records.]

The report shows:

  • Various Sales Order details – Number, Type, Date, Customer Code, Description, Status
  • The Last Invoice number and date (if available)
  • The Original Order value
  • The Invoiced to Date value
  • The remaining Order balance
