| This function gives you detailed Sales Conversion Performance figures for each Salesperson, allowing you to see who has added to your Sales Pipeline – and more importantly who has converted Quotations to Orders and Proformas to Orders. |
Important
This function uses (under the hood) ‘Events‘ functionality and therefore is only able to ‘track’ Orders created and updated in either of these systems. Orders entered and updated solely in TASBooks will NOT be tracked or included on this report.
Salespeople codes are arranged vertically and the appropriate value displayed in each cell of the grid.
Process the report as follows:
- Action Date
- You can select from Current Year to 4 Years Past or choose a Custom date range
- The top row of From and _To_fields refer to Financial Periods
- Dates are based on the date the action of updating the Order took place
- Salesperson
- Choose to show the report for all salespeople
- A single salesperson
- A range of salespeople
If you change your Filters, click Refresh to update the report .

You can drilldown on most fields in the grid to the Sales Conversion Drill Down form in order to see what Order(s) and Action(s) contribute to the figure. Export the details to Excel by clicking Export.
