634 Sales Order Schedule

Purpose & Benefits
This function allows you to see, at a glance, what Orders are due to be shipped that day. The report uses the Orders Expected Ship Date.

On opening this form, a Calendar is displayed in a grid – dates form the columns while orders form the rows. The form default values are:

  • Start Date is Todays date
  • Display Horizontally is checked
  • No of Days is however many days are in the current month

To display the report Vertically uncheck ‘Display Horizontally’. You can alter the ‘No. of days’ the calendar should display by changing the spinner as necessary.’

Orders to be shipped on the dates in the grid are denoted by a cell – it contains the Sales Order Number and the Customer Code of that order. You can drilldown to the order to view/update the Order as necessary by clicking the cell.

All users can filter by Customer Code if required by clicking the ‘Filter by Customer’ button and entering the desired customer code.

Users of the Trade option will see a Warehouse dropdown in the top right corner allowing filtering by Warehouse.

Possible issues relating to the report are highlighted by the icon in bottom right corner. Hovering over it will display a message pertaining to the issue (normally an order has a blank Expected Ship Date).
